Outrigger canoes command premium rates because there's no comparison point. Guests have a reference price for kayaks and SUPs. They don't have one for a six-person outrigger. A guided sunrise paddle or a team-building excursion package prices significantly higher than hourly kayak rentals, and guests expect that.
